William M. Kline, III, is a full-time, licensed auctioneer and appraiser specializing in estate auctions and the appraisal of antiques and decorative arts. He is the president of The Three Rivers Auction Company. Mr. Kline was featured as an expert on the ABC News program Prime Time Live which examined fakes, frauds and reproductions in the antiques industry. Mr. Kline has also served as an appraiser for the PBS Television series Antiques Road Show and as a featured expert on KDKA-TV's What's It Worth?. Mr. Kline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Catholic University of America and is also certified as a Pennsylvania real estate salesperson. Mr. Kline has taught numerous courses on antiques, collectibles and appraising. Past member of the International Society of Appraisers and was treasurer of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers. He has served as a consultant in federal bankruptcy court and has been qualified as an expert witness in civil court. |
